To kick off the new year with a roar, Eric will be appearing in the Ohio Premiere of The Texas Chainsaw Musical! as "Steven, the pantywaist runt" in the inaugural production of the inaugural season of the Blank Canvas Theatre at West 78th Street Studios.  The Texas Chainsaw Musical! is the coming of age story about a handsome serial killer, his overly affectionate Momma, the woman he loves, and the pantywaist runt that ruins everything. It is a comedy/horror play very loosely based on the true story of Ed Gein, the inspiration behind Psycho, while having nothing to do with The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It is an adult rock musical loosely set in the 1970’s.  The show is directed and designed by Patrick Ciamacco, with Musical direction by Jordan Cooper.  P.J. Toomey, Cleveland's leading theatrical makeup and special effects artist, will be doing all the blood effects.  The costumes will be handled by Cleveland's renowned designer Jenniver Sporano.  Tickets are 15 dollars each and can be purchased HERE.  More information, including a full cast list can be seen at the Blank Canvas Theatre's website.  There is a splatter zone for this show, so get your tickets and be a part of the bloody fun!

Following this foray into the mind of a serial killer, Eric will be handling a much lighter role in much lighter fare as a part of The Music Man at Fairmount Performing Arts Conservatory.  Eric will be playing the role of Mayor Shinn, participating as a guest artist in the talented company of young actors.
